how to convert mechenical energy to electrical energy?
I have a motor @ home that runs all day long, so I wanted to create a system just like a wind turbine that will be somehow connected to this motor and rotated by the same motor, then converting free energy for my house. Get it? Do you guys think it is worth it? And whom should I go to to get this turbine designed the right way? It's a strong motor, so how much power do you think I can get from this turbine? please help

Why is the motor running all day? What powers it?
If your house is supplying power, and it is powering something else, when you attach a generator to it, then the motor will have an added load, and will have to provide more torque, so even though you are storing energy, you are spending more, so in that case, no it isn't worth it.
If you aren't powering it (like in the case of a wind turbine) then yes, you could do it. There is no way to know how much power you could get without knowing more about the system.
